The Karate Federation of  Lower Austria organized a one day-seminar for trainers and instructors covering psychology, psychotherapy, human energy and Qigong.

Beside the usual training with different kind of people, especially elderly persons, starting in September this year we increased the training with children at the age of 8 years.

From the 4th to the 6th of  October  2013  the traditional Jundokan Karate-Do weekend  seminar was held again by Dr. Friedrich Gsodam at the  Secondary Technical and Vocational  College Hollabrunn, Lower Austria.

Our group gave a presentation of  Kata, Bunkai and Self  Defence, which is getting more and more important for these persons in Vienna.
