Presentation at the Viennas Town Hall on 10th September 2013

Having been invited by the president of the Vienna Karate Federation Alfred Anderl, the very active head of this organization, a group of our members gave a presentation of the ability and power of elderly people performing Karate.

At the Town Hall a great exhibition was held for one week for persons in the age of more than 50 years and it was really great to see, with which engagement and power this people perform the different types of sport.

Our group gave a presentation of  Kata, Bunkai and Self  Defence, which is getting more and more important for these persons in Vienna.
